The surrounding area

The Sant Vicenç de Montalt Golf Club is located in a unique area with an exceptional climate for playing golf. Landscapes of great beauty, with amazing views of the sea and mountains. A mild and pleasant Mediterranean climate to enjoy golf year round. The orography of the land means you can enjoy a very pleasant and varied course which offers players the chance to experience the true pleasures of playing golf.

Golf Sant Vicenç de Montalt is on the Maresma Coast just a few minutes from the Costa Brava coast and just 34 km from the Barcelona coast.

COSTA BRAVA

In honour of its name, it features a ferocious, abrupt, wild and natural orography full of enclaves, corners, beaches of unbeatable beauty and steep cliffs forming small, precious coves which make it one of the most famous and heavily visited Spanish coasts.  It extends from the French border to the north of Barcelona.

BARCELONA COAST

The St. Vicenç Golf Club is just 30 minutes from Barcelona on the C-32 motorway.  It’s a territory with more than 100 kilometres of coastline and tourist attractions to satisfy the most varied of tastes and interests: beaches, resources for families with children, charming villages and cities, modern architecture, gastronomy and wine tourism, protected natural areas, culture, festivals and traditions, immense possibilities for doing and enjoying sport, infrastructures to hold congresses…as well as warm people and a good climate all year long. It’s a territory with a clear commitment to quality as all Barcelona Coast destinations are associated with the Commitment to Tourism Quality project, which is recognised by the Integrated Destination Tourism Quality System (SICTED).

MARESME COAST AND THE VILLAGE OF SANT VICENÇ DE MONTALT

Just 1 km from our Club, you’ll find extensive beaches with crystal clear water which connect the towns of Sant Vicenç de Montalt, Caldes d´Estrac and San Andres de Llavaneras

The Maresme Coast features a 40 kilometre coastline and immense architectural, gastronomic and natural heritage.

The village:  Sant Vicenç de Montalt is a village on the Maresme Coast with a whole lot of charm. Located at the foot of the Montalt Peak (595 m), it offers visitors a contrast between the lovely and idyllic mountain landscape and the extensive beaches that open up to the sea.

Gastronomy is another strength in this region. Because the wealth of Mediterranean fish along with the best agricultural products lead to a mosaic of aromas, colours and flavours which can be appreciated at many of the local restaurants. In fact, Sant Pol de Mar is home to one of the few three-Michelin star restaurants in Spain. Sant Pau with Chef Carme Ruscalleda is a must-stop for foodies.
